One of the things Jacqui is most proud of within The Walshe Group is the diversity of cultures, gender, and age across our employee group.

Cultural diversity is a very powerful element of company DNA; Walshe Group clients are spread across the globe, so it makes sense that the staff reflect this diversity.  At a party celebrating 40 years in business in 2016, the company had 32 different nationalities across 130 employees in four countries.  The Walshe Group embraces the rich complexity that is associated with having such different cultural perspectives within our client and employee group.

The management team and Jacqui continually strive to ensure The Walshe Group is a good place to work, placing qualities like mutual respect and good communication at the heart of our business.  The last employee engagement survey had 85% passionate about their workplace and their teams; the perceived quality of our people, collective values and our family feeling came through strongly in the survey feedback.

We have always had a dedicated client approach, assigning our employees where possible to the one brand.  The associated passion, depth of knowledge and mutual loyalty this dedicated approach fostered, has been instrumental in generating an environment for consistently long-term relationships.

The team at the Walshe Group are all proud to be personally associated with some of the world’s leading travel brands.
