Michael has a wealth of industry experience with a career spanning retail travel, air ticket consolidation, airlines and luxury hotels.
He has held various senior airline roles over an 8 year period with Virgin Australia and 13.5 years with American Airlines based in Melbourne, Sydney and London. Most recently Michael was with Crown Resorts as Director of Sales for the ultra-luxury Crown Towers Sydney.
Michael is responsible for developing customer relationships at all levels across the Australian market, building brand awareness and increasing revenue for ANA. He builds on ANA’s company image by collaborating with customers, community organisations and employees and enforcing ethical business practices.
