Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania has teamed up with Hawaiian Airlines and Hilton Hotels and Resorts to whisk Australia’s most loved lifestyle program The Living Room away for a special Hawai‘i episode, which will aired on 1 June 2018.

The entire cast of the program travelled to the Hawaiian Island of O‘ahu, while Doctor Chris Brown also explored the island of Kaua‘i by air, land and sea.

Members of the television ‘ohana (family) took part in several Hawaiian holiday experiences on O‘ahu, including a lesson on authentic Hawaiian cuisine, surfing on the north shore and an underwater adventure through the island’s tropical reefs.

Country Manager Australia for Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania, Giselle Radulovic, said that the program’s visit was a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate the diversity of the Hawaiian Islands.

“The Living Room’s Hawai‘i special is a great chance for us to showcase the variety of experiences a traveller can enjoy in the Hawaiian Islands.”

“There is a beautiful contrast between glamorous O‘ahu and untouched Kaua‘i, which we’re sure will captivate Aussie viewers tuning in to the program.”

“We were thrilled to have the Living Room team on board Hawaiian Airlines once more and to see Miguel practising a little Aloha Spirit of his own on Ukulele for the benefit of ourcrew” said Gai Tyrrell, Country Director Australia and New Zealand.

“It’s a rare opportunity to have the whole Living Room Ohana available to travel together and we can’t wait to see their fun take on adventures in Hawaii including Amanda zip lining which is one not to be missed!” she said.
