Add pumpkin pie, mimosas and a turkey giveaway and you’ll have a morning filled with laughter and thanks!

Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania was proud to sponsor this year’s Visit USA (Australia’s) Thanksgiving Breakfast on 28 November 2019 for over 75 members of the US travel industry.

Hosted at waterfront restaurant 12-Micron, members were greeted with mimosas and coffee, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast of fruit, pastries and a hot plated breakfast. And of course, it wouldn't be Thanksgiving without a slice of Pumpkin Pie!

“Our Thanksgiving Breakfast is an opportunity for members to come together to celebrate, and give thanks for a successful year. As an industry, we’re stronger together and we’re grateful to be a part of such a vibrant and committed community of people and businesses,” said Lucy Rowe, President of Visit USA Australia, “We’ve seen numerous partnerships formed through these events, and we look forward to growing these relationships and the wider industry.”

Monique Roos, Senior Commercial Service Specialist from the US Consulate, also thanked the members for their continued support in selling the USA to Australian travellers.

Event sponsors, Hawai’i Tourism and Brand USA were on hand with goodies for the early-risers and both Giselle Radulovic of Hawai’i Tourism Oceania, and Lauren Whicker of Brand USA offered their heartfelt thanks to the industry for their support throughout the year.
