  • Extensive background with training TMC staff on carrier USP’s and unique aspects of the carrier’s corporate offer to the customer, including routes deals, special airfares and discounts
  • Liaison with the TMC to ensure reporting requirements are met
  • Understanding TMC pricing models; management fees versus Transaction fee, net reporting etc.
